1.) How do I book an appointment?

To get started, simply contact us to discuss your moving needs and confirm availability. Once a date and time are confirmed, a deposit is required to reserve your appointment.

2.) Is there a time minimum for services?

Yes — we require a two-hour minimum for all moving services (flat-rate quotes excluded). This allows us to ensure the proper time and care is dedicated to each move.

3.) How do I send a deposit?

Once we confirm your move date and time, we’ll send you a deposit request via PayPal Business or Chase QuickAccept, payable by any major credit or debit card.
Prefer Venmo, Zelle, or Cash App? Just let us know. Be sure to include your name, job date, and location in the payment note so we can match your booking.

4.) What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

We understand that plans can change. Just give us a heads-up at least 24 hours in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate. Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to a future booking if rescheduled with enough notice.

5.) Do I need to provide my own moving truck?

Yes — Mr. Moves Fast is a labor-only service, meaning you’ll need to provide the truck. If you’re renting from U-Haul or another company, we’ll coordinate with you to load or unload efficiently. Need help securing a truck? Just ask — we’re happy to help.
